The linear dynamic of the river as well as the urban disposition of the traffic-dominated square in the north characterize the perimeter. Reaching the maximum potential of allowed useable surface, the project aims to benefit from these diverse Settings. The curved build-to line generates the form and gives the building its dynamic yet elegant appearance. Gradually shifted levels resulting in over height living rooms absorb the sloping topography. The open loft spaces in the basement form a semi public terrace towards the river in the south. A slightly terraced ad informal garden continues the stepping pattern towards the river.
