We adapt the principles of the prevailing urban disposition of the four existing school buildings in the park. Thus, the new school DOSF (Deutsche Orientierungsschule Freiburg) is concentrated in a single free standing building slab without interrupting the qualities and the continuity of the existing volumes and spaces. The folded facade on the entry level highlights the entrances leading to the sculptural staircases that access the four clusters on the first and second level.
